Description
Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono attributaire avec maximum passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an, reconductible tacitement 3 fois un an dans les mêmes conditions. Le montant maximum de chaque période est de 75 000 Euros HT.
