Description
We need to renew our framework agreement for medical consumables as the current agreement expires soon. The procurement is critical for ensuring continuity of the service delivery in the municipalities and for maintaining stable access to the necessary consumables for the health and care services. We would like, via this procurement, to have a solid and serious supplier of medical consumables that can deliver both a broad range of suitable goods, but also the accompanying delivery, service and product related services, training, consultancy etc. We want a cooperation partner that we can challenge, but who can also challenge us in our daily routines, choice of products and use of products. A single municipality consists of several participating units with, in part, very different needs, everything from home nursing, nursing homes and emergency doctor surgeries. The main rule for this competition should be that the offered products are of general high quality, whilst we as a customer are given the possibility to choose simpler and cheaper products when we experience it as appropriate. It is in our interest that call-offs on the framework agreement are based on each unit ́s need being clarified and thereafter covered based on a dialogue with the tenderer. Furthermore, it is a stated wish and need that the contract party ensures that the municipality ́s units are offered the right products at the right price, correct training in the use of the products, good service and are experienced as a flexible and solution focused partner in the contract period. The tenderer will be followed up closely by the contract party and repeated deviations from the contract, either on price or delivery, can result in the contract being terminated. We shall only deal with one contract party, but that the municipality ́s entities can be served by the tenderer's possible collaborating partners or sub-suppliers. Attention is claimed that some of the products may overlap with products in other framework agreements. This is to give the different units the possibility to deal with one complete contract with orders. See the Requirement Specifications, price form and framework agreement for further information on the contents of the procurement.
